Within Australia: AUD $9.95 (FREE if spending over $100)

New Zealand: AUD $20.00

International: AUD $25.00

Parcels can be delivered to a home or work address. For security purposes, all parcels must be signed for upon delivery, so please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery address. In the event no one can sign, the courier will leave a card for you to collect at your nearest post office.

All Australian and international deliveries are through Australia Post. You will be emailed a tracking notification once order is dispatched.


All Australian orders are delivered using Australian registered post for secure and tracked delivery.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sale periods, where this may take up to 48 hours. Any purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Deliveries will take 1-5 working days from day of dispatch. Please allow an additional 2 days for locations outside of Sydney Metropolitan area.


All New Zealand and International orders are delivered registered post for secure and tracked delivery. Upon arrival in the destination country, all orders are distributed by the local postal services.

Whilst we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, please be advised that international orders may require an additional 1-2 business days of processing.

Deliveries will take approx. 3-15 business days from day of dispatch.


Any delivery date or time specified is an estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

All product prices listed on the site are inclusive of goods and services tax, but please be aware that international orders may incur customs or import duty fees when your order arrives. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges on all online orders will be accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase.

For all 'Full-Priced'  items, we offer a refund, exchange or credit voucher (valid for one year). However, for all items on sale, please choose carefully when selecting garments as we only offer an exchange or credit voucher (valid for one year).

PLEASE NOTE: SALE items at 70% - Strictly NO returns, refunds or change of mind.

Items not received within the 10 day period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed, with all tags still attached.

For all returns, please fill in the 'Returns Form' which will be sent with your parcel. Please contact us at or on 02 8338 8816 to obtain further instructions on returning/exchanging the garment.

Once the item is received and has undergone a quality control check, the new size/style will be exchanged and dispatched or a return credit given directly to the credit card used for the purchase (if a faulty return has been approved).

Please note, we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). Customers will not be charged additional delivery fees for an exchange and your own return postage costs are not refundable. Please note you are required to include a return post satchel with your return product.

Shilla takes the upmost care to ensure that all items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. We strongly advise that all items are tried on by you on receipt to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

Although we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

 PLEASE NOTE: for international orders, we do not accept change-of-mind. Returns will only be accepted if there is a manufacturing fault.
